Electronic shareholder communications
Did you know that as a shareholder you can elect to receive your shareholder communications from RBS electronically?
RBS is committed to reducing its impact on the environment and this includes reducing the use of paper. RBS also wants to reduce the costs associated with the printing and mailing of the Annual report and the Strategic report each year. By clicking on the button opposite and providing your email address you can sign up to e-comms.
This means that you will no longer receive paper copies of Annual reports or other communications that are available electronically. Instead you will receive an email advising you when and how to access documents online. This means you have quick access to documents on-line on the day they are published.
Once your email address has been registered, you will receive an email from our registrars, Computershare Investor Services PLC, confirming you have Sign Up to E-Comms.

Important information on share scams/fraud
Over the last few years many companies have become aware that their shareholders have received unsolicited phone calls or correspondence concerning investment matters. Shareholders are advised to be very wary of any unsolicited advice, offers to buy shares at a discount or offers of free company reports. Please see the FCA's website for more details.
