Electronic Communications

The Companies Act 2006 contains provisions facilitating communications between companies and their shareholders in electronic form. As a result, companies can now change their principal method of communication from sending paper documents to making them available on a website.

We are now giving you the opportunity to choose how we communicate with you in the future. You can elect to be part of the electronic communications initiative. Alternatively, you can opt to continue to receive paper documents.

There are a number of benefits associated with communicating electronically, some of which are detailed below.
